Office Assessment
Our in-person ergonomic office assessment will evaluate your employee’s office work-space including equipment, accessories, seating, desk and monitors on Oahu ($150).
We help employers to identify ergonomic risk factors, implement cost effective solutions and help to train your employee on safe ergonomic equipment utilization.
Our goal is to help minimize your employee’s risk of developing discomfort or injury (Carpal tunnel, sciatica and lower back pain) and allow workers to become more comfortable, relaxed and productive on the job.
A variety of ergonomic equipment options can be trialed during the visit, followed by a comprehensive report highlighting proper body positioning, equipment recommendations and vendors to be considered by the employer.
No assessment information is shared with any outside agencies and multiple-employee discounts are available.
Work From Home Assessment
The home office ergonomic assessment will help to transform your residential workspace into an environment that fosters comfort and productivity ($150).
The ergonomic expert will conduct the visit at your residence on Oahu. During the assessment we will review your desk set-up, adjust the current equipment to help improve ergonomic body positioning. We will demonstrate through instruction how to properly adjust your chair, keyboard, desk, mouse, monitors and laptops, etc.
A variety of ergonomic equipment options can be trialed during the visit, followed by a comprehensive report highlighting proper body positioning, equipment recommendations and vendors to be considered.
We are typically able to email out the finalized report the following week and we will be happy to answer any questions that come up along the way.
Virtual Assessments
Our video-based virtual ergonomic consultation option requires remote video access via phone, computer or tablet ($99). Our team will be reviewing & observing workstation setup via video and/or photographs.
We will demonstrate during the evaluation (through video or photos) proper ways to adjust your chair, keyboard, and mouse. Workstation measurements may be required, which help us to identify employee work techniques and work habits.
Our team will then generate a personalized written report and provide product recommendations, equipment links/vendors and body mechanics guidelines/diagrams for each employee evaluated.
Education Sessions
We offer engaging powerpoint presentations covering a variety of ergonomic related topics that are designed to inspire, educate and to raise awareness of the importance of work-place health (Starting at $250/Inquire).
Education will be provided one proper computer workstation setup including how to properly adjust an office chair, keyboard, display and mouse along with ergo tips for mousing, laptop use, keying, and safe handling.
Ergonomic equipment trials will be provided with a review of stretches and therapeutic exercises that users can perform during their micro-breaks, including how to incorporate movement and change of posture into their workday.
